If you’re not sure about fitness level, age limits, or what to bring, you’re not alone. Here are the most common questions from fellow adventurers.
Do I need to be super athletic to enjoy the tour?
Nope! Most of our rainforest tours are moderate and family-friendly. You should be comfortable walking on uneven ground and being in water, but we tailor the pace and activities to your group. If you prefer a more relaxed route, just tell us when you inquire.
What should I bring?
We recommend: a swimsuit (already on under your clothes), towel, closed-toe water shoes or secure sandals, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and a waterproof phone case if you want photos. We’ll send you a full checklist when you book.
Is transportation included?
Yes, for most tours we offer pick up and drop off from selected San Juan and nearby areas. If you’re staying farther away or arriving by cruise ship, let us know and we’ll share options.
What happens if it rains?
It’s the rainforest—some rain is part of the adventure! We run tours in light rain as long as it’s safe. If weather conditions make the tour unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule or offer alternatives.
